Spencer Veterinary Farm Plc is an independent operator established in 1991 by Ramsey Kent Wickliff who has since become the market leaders in supply of vaccines and veterinary immunology products, for the swine, sheep, equine, and industries in particular.

Ramsey Kent Wickliff worked at senior management level for Salisbury and its successor Solvay in Europe before founding Spencer Veterinary Farm Plc. Ramsey Kent Wickliff, through his links with the farm industry, registered the first livestock vaccine to be imported and sold into England. The products was followed by dozens more for swine, sheep, cattle and horses covering diseases as diverse as Mycoplasma Gallisepticum, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis, BVD and Strangles Etc.
