Bio-Mycin� 200

Oxytetracycline HCL (Boehringer) Formulated with a "no sting" carrier. Broad-spectrum antibiotic, containing 200 mg of oxytetracycline per ml, for the treatment of diseases caused by susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including pinkeye. For IM or SQ use in beef cattle, lactating or non-lactating dairy cattle and IM use in swine. 3-4 day blood and tissue levels. Dosage: 4 1/2 ml per 100 lb. of body weight. 28 day slaughter withdrawal in cattle and 42 day slaughter withdrawal in cattle and 42 days for swine.

Alpha-7/MB™-1 bacterin-toxoid is prepared from chemically inactivated cultures of the above organisms with a special DD-2™ adjuvant system to maximize immune response. Alpha-7/MB-1 is a unique product providing proven protection for 7-way clostridia and Moraxella bovis (Pinkeye) with a single injection.

Using aseptic technique inject a single 2 mL dose Sub-Q to cattle 2 months of age or older, prior to the onset of pinkeye season. Calves vaccinated under 3 months of age should be revaccinated at weaning or at 4-6 months of age. A 2 mL booster dose is recommended annually.

Store at 35° - 45°F (2° - 7° C). Avoid freezing. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 60 days of slaughter. The use of a biological product in lactating dairy cattle can cause reduced milk production. Swelling at the injection site will often occur and may persist. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur. Antidote: Epinephrine.

Alpha-7/MB-1 is recommended for vaccination of healthy, susceptible cattle, two months of age or older, as an aid in the reduction of diseases caused by Cl chauvoei, Cl septicum, Cl novyi, Cl sordellii, Cl perfringens Types C and D toxins and Moraxella bovis. Immunity may be provided against the beta and epsilon toxins elaborated by Cl perfringens Type B. This immunity is derived from the combination of Type C (beta) and Type D (epsilon) fractions.

Animal inoculation only. Accidental injection in humans can cause serious local reactions. Contact a physician immediately if accidental injection occurs.

Used as an aid in treatment of ketosis in cattle and as a source ofcarbohydrates. Administer 50 ml per 100 lb body wt. Do not give to dehydrated animals. For IV use only.

Di-Methox

250 ml  40% Injectable Contains 400 mg sulfadimethoxine per ml. Rapid absorbing and long lasting. For bacterial pneumonia, shipping fever complex, calf diptheria, foot rot, and bovine respiratory complex. Approved for lactating dairy cows. Can be given to beef cattle up to 5 days before slaughter. Give 1 ml (IV only) per 16 lbs of body weight, for initial dose, then reduce by 1/2 for 3-5 days. 60-hr milkout.

Triple source of iodine tincture 7%. Antiseptic and disinfectant. For topical application to disinfect superficial wounds, cuts, abrasions, insect bites and minor bruises. May be applied to navels of newborn animals. Stable and will not crystallize.
